Initial Health History
+ Hair Scan
Initial Health History + Epigenetic Hair Analysis: We will dive into your health history, desired outcomes, ailments, and so much more. We will conduct your hair scan and review the results together. This information will guide our following sessions.
*The health history questionnaire must be filled out prior to the session.

3 Month Functional Nutrition Counseling Package
One-on-one functional nutrition counseling taking a full body system approach. I will educate, inform and empower you with the knowledge to take back your health! We will work towards the root cause to heal your bodily home.
*Must conduct Initial Health History Session first.
Following Counseling Sessions (60 min each): Meeting every two to three weeks, we will review progress, discuss any challenges, work toward your long-term goals, and adjust as needed. Structured guidance and achievable action steps are provided after every session.
Phone, text, and email support is available whenever needed.

Home Reset
Low-tox Living
We will work together to modify your environment which will lower your toxic load and improve your health. The home we live in greatly impacts our physiological home - your body and its function. You will learn how what you put in, on, and around your body impacts your overall well-being.
We will review your current products, I will educate you on healthier, lower-toxic options, and provide you with swap recommendations.
This reset is available in (choose 1):
-Full Kitchen Reset: Pantry + Cleaning. Cleaning products, snacks, prepackaged foods, food storage, etc.
-Beauty + Bath Reset: Make-up, skincare, hair care, shower products, first-aid, oral care, etc.
-Bedroom Reset: Bedding, clothing, decor, furniture, etc.
